Working with Records In EnterpriseOne, databases store information in units called records. Each record contains one or more items of information. The EnterpriseOne system allows you to add, modify and delete records. Database tables store all system records. Each record must have at least one key that links the record to a database table. Keys are unique identifiers that distinguish one record from another. Upon completion of this lesson, you will be able to: Understand records. Add primary records. Add secondary records. Use Query-By-Example (QBE) line. Change and delete records.
