Deleting Completed Jobs from the Print Queue Folder
Concept
The system saves the reports that you run in a directory on the hard drive of your computer. You must delete old reports periodically from your hard drive to free up disk space. You delete jobs from the print queue folder through Internet Explorer.
Procedure
In this task, you will delete jobs from the print queue folder.

| The Internet Options window of Internet Explorer contains several tabs that provide features to configure your internet settings.
Note that the General tab is selected. The General tab contains the function that you need to delete the jobs from the print queue folder. Click the Delete… button.
